Return Policy:

Our policy is simple: If you're not satisfied with your pet supplies, you can return them.

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on medications.
• Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method in 3 to 5 business days, depending on your banking institution.

Give our friendly customer service team a email with your order number, and we will provide you with instructions for returning your items. Easy as that!
