Orders over purchase subtotal $75.- ship free! All other orders ship for a flat rate of $6.99.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?
No! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman.

No, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses.
Why isn't shipping free all the time?
Shipping a single pet toy or pet bed across the country comer at a significant cost to the environment. Our threshold for free shipping means that most order boxes contain more that one product, which ensures a lower carbon footprint and less packaging waste. Simple acts to save our planet!
What happens if my package gets lost?
All items purchased from Timberline are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

What's your Return Policy?
Our policy is simple: If you're not satisfied with your pet supplies, you can return them.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). We do not accept returns or exchanges on medications.
