How much is shipping?
Orders over purchase subtotal $50.- ship free! All other orders ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
Free shipping automatically applies to your qualifying minimum online purchase. No promotion code necessary. Subtotal refers to amount of order before taxes.

 

When will I receive my order?

Most orders usually arrive within 2 - 5 business days. You´ll receive email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. 

Note: Delivery estimates may be delayed in this cases (Holydays, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc)

 

How do I track my order?

You´ll receive email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. You can download the Shop App. Shop automatically gathers and tracks your orders, so you don’t have to search, copy, or paste.

 

Who will be delivering my order?

We ship via FedEx and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service availabe.

 

Do I need to be there to sign for it?
No! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?
No, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses.

Why isn´t shipping free all the time?

Shipping a single pet toy or pet bed across the country comer at a significant cost to the enviroment. Our threshold for free shipping means that most order boxes contain more that one product, which ensures a lower carbon footprint and less packaging waste. Simple acts to save our planet!

 

What happens if my package gets lost?
All items purchased from Timberline are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Dinners, Pay Pal, Amazon Pay.

Returns

What's your Return Policy?
Our policy is simple: If you're not satisfied with your pet supplies, you can return them.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). We do not accept returns or exchanges on prescription medications.

Clearance Items

All sales are final on clearance/closeout items. No refunds.

Do you charge sales Tax?
