Directions for use: Shake well. Hold under the tongue 30-60 second before swallowing or maybe mixed with food or your favorite tea or smoothie.
Standard daily dose: 1 ml (1 full dropper = 16 mg hemp) per adult person. 30 day supply.
Strong daily dose: 2 ml (2 full dropper = 33 mg hemp) per adult person. 15 day supply.
Recommendation: starting at 1/2 of the dose and working up there. Store in a cool, dry place.
